King Services is a small business S Corporation with Gerald C. Koenig and Etelvina R. Koenig as the principals, who are in the business of planning and managing conferences and trade shows for corporate, government, and association clients. King Services was organized in 1995 as a viable independent small business and is an approved vendor on the GSA Federal Vendor Schedule, qualified to do business with all government agencies.
Since the early 1980's, Mr. Koenig began conference and trade show business with IBM and then at Sprint. Since then he has done contract work with other firms before venturing on his own. His work experience of more than 15 years in this business, covered every aspect of conference and trade show planning and management. He has been both a conference organizer and a trade show participant. This has given Mr. Koenig qualifications to create his own conference planning business. He has a BS degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, an MBA, and served two years in the US Army. Mrs. Koenig organized her own business in the early 1990's, but also served as the financial and marketing manager for Mr. Koenig's conference business activities. She is a U.S. citizen but a native of Nicaragua. She is fluent in English and Spanish, and holds a business degree from Nicaragua
